History failures
Hidden restrictions, open appeals, and chargebacks from a prior owner. These follow the asset, not the person.
Ownership failures
Business verification tied to documents the seller cannot hand over, or a BM where the primary admin cannot be transferred.
Each failure is logged and the asset is returned. That is the whole reason the swap promise is affordable.
