What we collect
When you contact us we receive the details you send on the channel you choose (for example your WhatsApp number or email address) and the content of the conversation. When you leave a product review we store the name and text you submit. Our site records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
To answer your request, deliver assets you purchase, issue invoices, resolve swap-guarantee claims and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Order conversations are kept for the length of the cover window plus twelve months so we can honour the swap guarantee. Server logs are rotated within ninety days. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to legal obligations. Send the request through any contact channel and we respond within fourteen days.
