Ordering
Listings are offers to sell subject to availability. An order is confirmed when the desk confirms stock and price in chat and payment is received. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Assets are handed over digitally through the channel agreed in chat. Delivery estimates on listings are typical times, not guarantees; we tell you promptly if an order will take longer.
Swap guarantee
If an asset is restricted inside the cover window printed on its listing, and the restriction was not caused by a policy breach on your side, we replace it with an equivalent asset. Cover does not include restrictions caused by prohibited content, payment disputes or sharing access with third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree to use purchased assets in line with the platform policies of Meta, TikTok and any other network involved, and in line with the laws of your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel orders where we believe use would breach those rules.
Refunds
Because assets are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited to cases where we cannot deliver what was confirmed. Guarantee claims are handled as replacements rather than refunds.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for lost advertising revenue or indirect losses.
